What you need to do:

To be specific, we will analyze your requirements before every project and well understand your detailed needs or any changes during project development process. 2, Confirm our work plan. For each step in our project, we will invite you to check and then confirm our understanding of your requirements;

3, Assess our service. You can assess our service at any time you wish. Your satisfaction guides our work. If in any case you are not satisfied with our service, we will do our best to improve our service quality and work towards your ultimate satisfaction.

What we can provide
1, Appointed Project Manager and Business Manager

-----Sinosoft appoints a project manager and a business manager for each client to be in charge of the service delivery management, solve customer complaints and help customers with new requirements. Sinosoft service management team has rich service experiences.

2, QA Follow up of Whole Process

-----Sinosoft sets up a separate service department to follow up the whole process of software development and inspect the service quality for every service project by regular and random checking. The department is also in charge of conducting customer satisfaction surveys and solving customer complaints.

3, Regular Service Review

-----Project manager and business manager will submit weekly / monthly service report to the customer. The report includes overall service, status of project, problem analysis and proposed solutions as well as advice for improvement. This report will help IT manager to well understand the overall performance of IT service. Business manager also holds service meetings with IT manager on regular basis to review the service, find problems and fix them timely so as to continuously improve the service quality.
