(Hong Kong, 27 April 2016) Sinosoft Technology Group Limited (“Sinosoft Technology” or the “Company” together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”, HKEx: 1297) is pleased to announce that the Group intends to establish partnership with Alibaba Cloud, the cloud computing arm of Alibaba Group. The Group intends to join forces with Alibaba Cloud to develop low carbon cloud platform, which serves as the consolidated solutions of carbon data collection, monitoring, management, evaluation, auditing and presentation for carbon management departments and relevant enterprises, to assist energy saving and emission reduction. 
During the 2016 Cloud Habitat Conference in Nanjing, the Group and Alibaba Cloud announced the intention of establishing a strategic partnership.
