Alibaba Group Reached a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Jiangsu Provincial Government

Inadvertently Strengthening its Collaboration with Sinosoft Technology
to Launch More Information Technology Projects within the Province

 

(Hong Kong, 16 October 2016) Sinosoft Technology Group Limited (“Sinosoft Technology” or the “Group”, HKEx: 1297) congratulates Alibaba Group and Jiangsu Provincial Government for reaching a strategic cooperation agreement. As the leading software provider in Jiangsu Province, the Group will further intensify its collaboration with Alibaba Group by riding on the strategic partnership with Alibaba Cloud, the cloud computing arm of Alibaba Group as announced in April. Together, the Group and Alibaba Group will join forces to launch more cloud-based solutions in Jiangsu Province.

 

To mark the occasion, top management of Alibaba Group, including Mr. Jack Ma (Executive Chairman of Alibaba Group), as well as senior officials of the Jiangsu Provincial Government, including Mr. Li Qiang (the Provincial Party Secretary) and Mr. Shi Taifeng (the Governor of Jiangsu Province), participated in the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation agreement. Management of Sinosoft Technology also participated and witnessed the event.

 

Sinosoft Technology is the leading developer in carbon management solutions and e-Government solutions. Its relevant products have always received recognitions and support from the Jiangsu Provincial Government. With Alibaba Group’s increasing investment in Jiangsu Province to promote information technology projects in various areas including low carbon, e-Government and big data, its collaboration with Sinosoft Technology is expected to further intensify.
